Film Review:

I go through some reviews about the movie Bir (2020). First claim is many critics say the story as well as the poster has been copied from the film K.G.F: Chapter 1. (2018). The director, kazi Hayat refuses it that it is an original story. But audiences will judge it perfectly. As today is the competitive era. They must watch films not only Bengali but also world cinema. So, I think they would better judge it well. But my opinion is, as I have watched the film K.G.F: Chapter 1. (2018) before, the poster is a copy one. Though director tells the story is an original one, divided some scenes are copied. Actually acting style has also been copied. Besides, overacting of Shakib Khan, Shabnom Bubly and Misa Sawdagar, Kazi Hayat and some supporting characters is unattractive in the movie. Acting looks not natural. It looks overacting. Dialogues are also abnormal. I think it is a waste of time. Directors these days cannot provide a blockbuster film though Kazi Hayat has directed 49 films and it is his 50th number film with the budget of BDT 72 lacs. This era is competitive, audiences must watch films but not this one when they hear and read a bad review of a film like this. Background music is irrelevant according to the scenes. But few song have been added in the film are attractive and nice in hearing.

A lot of movies are released on a day. It is a competitive cinema era. One question to the director is “Why will the audiences watch your movie instead of ranked one?” Are there any watchable scenes here? Is there any good hearable music here? Are there any good and abbreviated dialogues here? Is its background score well? Is there any actor’s acting normal? I will say it is a joke and has been played with cinema and spoiled the contribution of Bengali cinema in front of world cinema. If you don’t make good cinema, don’t make Bengali cinema belittle to the world cinema.
