The film was top grossing in Bangladesh for 2003. This film is a remake of the Telegu film Manasantha Nuvve directed in 2001.  Plot Summary:  Chingtu a boy lives with his only mother at a village. It is a poor family. Along with his house, Anu a middle class girl lives with her parents. Chingtu and Anu are close friends. They move one place to another in rainy day. Anu has a bad fever. So, Chingtu goes to Mazar and takes a Holy chador. He gives it to Anu. Chingtu has promised to go in every birthday anniversary of Anu. They have a good relationship. But Anu's father can't accept it. So one day he beats Chingtu. Suddenly another day, Anu's father decides to move his family to city. On the other hand, Anu meets Chingtu and gives him a pocket watch. Chingtu's mother is died so he becomes orphan and feels very lonely. One day a man named Mohon taken him to look after him. Chingtu gets a good family with a sister and a friend and his parents in the same city where Anu's family live. Anu goes to Malaysia to study higher education. She gets another close friend named Arun. Arun starts to like Anu. But after reading her diary about Chingtu he becomes only a close friend. After 12 years, Anu, her name is also Renu come back to Calcutta, India. She starts to find Chingtu. But she fails to find him. At last she starts to write her and Chingtu's love Story named 'Moner Majhe Tumi' and publishes in a magazine. She becomes a good writer. Many readers become her fans. On the other side, Chingtu, his name is also Benu works at his father's cassettes shop as a seller. His sister Rekha is also a big fan of Renu. One day Renu sees the pocket watch to her friend Shruti, Magazine editor's daughter. She thinks they love each other. After some days, she is able to know that Chingtu doesn't love Shruti. Still now, he finds his Anu. He loves anu a lot. But Benu's friend Haabu thinks Renu loves him. So one day  Benu and Haabu invite Renu to visit their house and Rekha is a big fan of her.  Renu accepts the invitation and goes to Benu's house. Renu starts to love Benu secretly. One day Benu  is able to know that Renu is his Anu from Shruti. After some day Benu's father decides to order her daughter marry to Minister's son. At the same day Benu's sister's marriage is also okay. Renu's father threatens to Benu that if he breaks his daughter's marriage, he also will break his sister's marriage. So, Benu wanted to stay away from Renu. For this, he tells Renu that he loves Renu not Anu. Anu misunderstands and stay away. At the Rekha's marriage day, Renu is able to know that her father is responsible for all from Shruti. Thus she again starts to love Benu. She flees away. Her father can know and goes to Benu's house and tries to break his sister's marriage. At the eleventh hour of fighting, Benu is wounded by knife. He has to be admitted to hospital. Renu is also with him. Benu gains his life when his watch starts to play. They got each other at last. It is a Bangladesh-India joint venture film. The film was top grossing in Bangladesh for 2003. This film is a remake of the Telegu film Manasantha Nuvve directed in 2001.  Plot Summary:  Chingtu a boy lives with his only mother at a village. It is a poor family. Along with his house, Anu a middle class girl lives with her parents. Chingtu and Anu are close friends. They move one place to another in rainy day. Anu has a bad fever. So, Chingtu goes to Mazar and takes a Holy chador. He gives it to Anu. Chingtu has promised to go in every birthday anniversary of Anu. They have a good relationship. But Anu's father can't accept it. So one day he beats Chingtu. Suddenly another day, Anu's father decides to move his family to city. On the other hand, Anu meets Chingtu and gives him a pocket watch. Chingtu's mother is died so he becomes orphan and feels very lonely. One day a man named Mohon taken him to look after him. Chingtu gets a good family with a sister and a friend and his parents in the same city where Anu's family live. Anu goes to Malaysia to study higher education. She gets another close friend named Arun. Arun starts to like Anu. But after reading her diary about Chingtu he becomes only a close friend. After 12 years, Anu, her name is also Renu come back to Calcutta, India. She starts to find Chingtu. But she fails to find him. At last she starts to write her and Chingtu's love Story named 'Moner Majhe Tumi' and publishes in a magazine. She becomes a good writer. Many readers become her fans. On the other side, Chingtu, his name is also Benu works at his father's cassettes shop as a seller. His sister Rekha is also a big fan of Renu. One day Renu sees the pocket watch to her friend Shruti, Magazine editor's daughter. She thinks they love each other. After some days, she is able to know that Chingtu doesn't love Shruti. Still now, he finds his Anu. He loves anu a lot. But Benu's friend Haabu thinks Renu loves him. So one day  Benu and Haabu invite Renu to visit their house and Rekha is a big fan of her.  Renu accepts the invitation and goes to Benu's house. Renu starts to love Benu secretly. One day Benu  is able to know that Renu is his Anu from Shruti. After some day Benu's father decides to order her daughter marry to Minister's son. At the same day Benu's sister's marriage is also okay. Renu's father threatens to Benu that if he breaks his daughter's marriage, he also will break his sister's marriage. So, Benu wanted to stay away from Renu. For this, he tells Renu that he loves Renu not Anu. Anu misunderstands and stay away. At the Rekha's marriage day, Renu is able to know that her father is responsible for all from Shruti. Thus she again starts to love Benu. She flees away. Her father can know and goes to Benu's house and tries to break his sister's marriage. At the eleventh hour of fighting, Benu is wounded by knife. He has to be admitted to hospital. Renu is also with him. Benu gains his life when his watch starts to play. They got each other at last.
