Shoshur Bari Zindabad 2 is a Bangladeshi cinema directed by Debashish Bishwas. The film is produced by RTv's production banner Bengal Multimedia Productions. It is starred by by Apu Biswas and Bappy Chowdhury in the lead roles. Preduction, Pre-production and Post Production have been completed of the movie. But the director is finding a festive time and it must be the upcoming 'Durga Puja' that means the festive time of 'Durga Puja' is from 4 October to 8 October, 2019. The film may be released on a fixed day of the above dates. Bappy Chowdhury plays his role as 'Abir' and Apu Biswas as 'Ishana'. The film is shot in BFDC and Savar, Dhaka. Shoshur Bari Zindabad 2 is not a sequel of the commercially successful film Shoshur Bari Zindabad (2001) directed by Debashish Bishwas. But the director has chosen the title 'Shoshur Bari Zindabad 2' for commercial reasons. Shoshur Bari Zindabad (2001) is starred by Riaz and Shabnur in the lead roles. After 17 years, Debashish Bishwas is going to release a movie with taking sequel type title but not a sequel of the former film Shoshur Bari Zindabad (2001).
