Puli (2010) is an Indian Telugu action thriller film written and
directed by S.J. Suryah in 2010. The film is starred by Pawan Kalyan in the lead role along with Nikesha Patel, Manoj Bajpayee, Charan Raj,
Saranya Ponvanan, Nassar , Ali and others in supporting roles. The film is
released on 10th September, 2010. At first its name was Komaram Puli
but one the second day of release the name of the movie is changed as ‘Puli’.

Plot Summary:
An honest police officer is
killed by goon, Al Salim and his wife is in search of her husband. In this evil
deed, a police officer is also connected. The henchmen of Al Salim was about to
kill the woman but she manages to escape with the help of a police officer and
takes shelter in a temple. She was pregnant at that time. After a few days,
salim’s henchmen again persecute her and she hides under a river in a horrific
state. She gave birth to a child and he would be the daredevil police officer
in the future.
Many years passed by, Puli
grows up and becomes an honest police officer. He founds a special task force
to clear crimes in the city on the consent of PM. Puli meets a disguised female
police officer Madhumati. He falls in love but when he comes to know that
Madhumati is not a real police officer, sends her behind bars. But his mother accepts
Madhumati as she truly loves Puli.
Al Salim is now a well known
business man in the country who returns to India and tries to create difficulty
for Puli when Puli finds the dreadful gangster Nikson. But in disguise and interstitially,
Nikson is connected with Puli’s special team. Many police officers are killed
by Nikson. Puli is kept geeting a beating by Al Salim and he reveal all his
crimes about terrorism, and killing his father, and all his illegal business.
Puli captures it in a hidden camera, is telecast on satellite TV. Puli kills Al
Salim as a revenge of his father.

Specialty:
In a word, Puli (2010) is an
action film with some romantic and comedy scenes. But it has some thrilling
scenes too. An all the fans of Pawan Kalyan know his fighting style. So, in
every film, his fighting style is called Pawanism. This film describes
specially the crime, illegal business, responsibility of police officer and
honesty of police officer. The full movie describes the above terms through
action and thrilling scenes. Here Nikesha’s supporting performance is only for
romantic purpose but as she is a supporting actor, I think she has no a big
credit in the film. But the whole film is surrounded by the performance of
Pawan Kalyan, Manoj Pajpayee, Nassar, Charan Raj, Saranya Ponvannan. But as
Pawan Kalyan is the lead actor in the movie, his performance is a big credit in
the movie. His performance, dialogues and romantic scenes are as well of his
others films. There is no difference in performance among his other films. I would
like to share new information about his special team. It is a new ideology that
can clear crime really. But in reality, no PM or other political party will
allow it. As this team will acquire a supreme power and must have some errors. Getting
supreme power many team members will be criminal staying in such a best special
team.
But in a word, action and thrilling movie like Puli (2010) must entertain an audience nicely. Who like action and thriller movie, must watch it.
