Samantha Akkineni, an
Indian Tamil and Telugu renowned actress has cast in Manamadhudu 2 (2019)
Telugu film with her father-in-law Nagarjuna Akkineni. Marriage of Nagarjuna’s
son Naga Chaitanya and
Samantha is accomplished in 2017. Before, Samantha and Nagarjuna Akkineni have
cast in Manam (2014) and in Raju Gari Gadhi (2015) movies.
Manmadhudu 2 (2019), a romantic comedy movie, is a remake of the French
film I Do (2006) (Rent a Wife) directed by Eric Lartigau based on
the original idea of Alain Chabat. But the film title is taken from Nagarjuna’s
original work Manmadhudu (2002). Manmadhudu 2 is directed
by Rahul Ravindram and produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni and P. Kiran under the
production banners of Annapurna Studios, Anandi Art Creations and Viacom18
Motion Pictures. Though it stares Nagarjuna
Akkineni and Rakul
Preet Singh in the lead roles, Samantha Akkineni, Akshara Gowda, Keerthy
Suresh, Devadarshini, Vennela Kishore, Brahmanandam, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Lashmi
and others stare in some important roles. The film is released on 9th
August, 2019 in India.
