Giasuddin Selim is a
Bangladeshi film director and screenwriter. He has won Bangladesh National film
Award several times. ‘Monpura’ (2009) is his directorial debut. He has directed ‘Swapnajaal’
(2018). His new upcoming film is ‘Pap-Punya’. Shooting will be started after
Eid-al-Adha. Chanchal Chowdhury acted in ‘Monpura’ and Siam Ahmed acted in ‘Poramon
2’ (2018), ‘Dahan’ (2018) and in ‘Fagun Haway’ (2019) will be seen in the
movie ‘Pap-Punya’. Giasuddin Selim himself has started to write the film
script. The main female character is also selected but he will introduce her in
a ceremony.
