‘Password’ is a Bangladeshi action thriller film directed by Malek Afsari in 2019. The film is starred by Shakib Khan, Shabnom Bubly, Misa Sawdagar, Amit Hasan, Mamnun Hasan Emon and many. The film is produced by Shakib Khan and Mohammad Iqbal, under the banner of SK Films. The director tried to keep important information in secret from the audiences but they understood seeing the important scenes of the film that the film is copied from a South Korean film ‘The Target’ directed by Yoon Hong-seung in 2014.

Rather, after watching this movie, the important words would come into your mind are; a pen drive, password, money, swish bank, murdering, desire or greediness, humanity, justice, punishment and love. Really, if you watch the film, at first these words will come into your mind. But before watching it, you thought many about it. Though the title of the film ‘Password’ of West Bengal is similar to this, it seems the film ‘Password’ of Kolkata may be something about science fiction. We get hints from this film’s poster. After seeing the poster of the film ‘password of Bangladesh, I thought that the film would be about science fiction. For example; in the poster we see three reflection of Shakib Khan, in front of, Shakib Khan is looking in the mid shot taking a pen drive in right hand. Tow tube lights are lighting above the head. There are two more photos in the right and left side of him we watch them by half, the rest half the photos are in the backside of the front side photo, these are behind him. We don’t see them in the eyes. From the frame, the photos are staying at the same destination. And being drawn line from upper to lower of the full poster, the right half side of him is something reddish, red color and the left half side is bluish, blue color. In the bottom, the words written in English ‘P🔓SSW*RD’ with white color beautifully within whom instead of ‘A’, an unlock sign is used and instead of ‘O’, ‘*’ sign is written. No-a-days, the cinemas are rely on hero. And if the hero is in the film, of course, the heroine also will be available. After watching the film, it is easy to understand that the director wanted to form the character of hero but failed. On the other hand Emon enters into his filmic character. Seeing his casting, performance, I am really amazed at. The man casts so beautiful, his dialogues are also awesome and tight. But the dialogues of the whole film is not tight, it seems the dialogues are very normal that the audiences hear them daily. So, it should be done something different and tight importantly. In the film in some scenes, there is no need of dialogues. The audiences understand what is happening and what will happen in the next scene. Cause, the audiences understand eighty percent seeing the video that what is happening and what will happen in the next and they like twenty percent sound/dialogues that helps them to understand the full movie. Most of the time the audiences feel disturbance when they hear dialogues most times. But there must need dialogues in some places. Specially, in sorrow or happy moment no one want dialogues because they can understand and want to retrieve the inner information. Password (2019) Bangla Cinema Poster There are four songs in the cinema. Among them one of is ‘Pagol Mon’ (mad mind) that is familiar to everyone. So, without this song, a creative song could be added in the film or it would go on without using songs. Cause, romantic scenes are not available here mostly. The casting of Shakib Khan, Amit Hasan, Shabnom Bubly, Misa Sawdagar is predictable. But the performance of Emon is much better. The most important thing in the film being felt deficiency to me is that ‘Emotion’ I have felt deficiency of ‘Emotion’ in every scene of the film. A man’s psychological understanding is being changed by occurred an event/accident. Emotion is being changed. Like, suppose, after a man’s death what will be happened of his nearest person. In the film three person’s death is occurred but I did not notice their nearest person’s psychological and emotional change. I felt the deficiency of emotion in every scene of the film.
