Wanted (2010) is an Indian Bengali language action film directed by Rabi Kinagi and starring Jeet and Srabanti Chattergee. It is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster film Athadu (2005) directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
Special thanks to
Trivikram Srinivas. Because, He is the main director of the Telegu film 'Athadu'
(2005) acted by Mahesh Babu and Trisha Krishnam. I love them for their
best. Though remake hindi film 'Ek- The Power of One' (2009) directed by
Sangeeth Sivan, the film didn't create attention. But in 2010, Bengali remake
film 'Wanted' directed by Rabi Kinagi really wins my heart. I love his style
very much. Jeet and Srabanti acted to the film. Their acting is super, just
unbelievable. I didn't give the two upper films more ratings than 8. But Wanted
has created a new style, new story-telling system, new and heart touching
background sound and music. And specially the acting of Shivu's mother is just
awesome and Rabi Kinagi has created the character of his own. This character
has filled up the blank space of the full film. So I love this film than any
others. In Athadu Mahesh Babu has done his best. But the film needed one
more character as Paros's mother. Then it would be the perfect. Nevertheless, I
would give many thanks to the director Trivikram Srinivas. Because, he is the
founder of the main base. But Ravi Kinagi has filled up the blank space of the
film and has fulfilled it.
