Ontari ( English: Alone) is a Telugu language action and romantic Indian film directed by B.V. Ramana and produced by Pokuri Babu in 2008 under the bannar of Ee Taram Films production company. The music of the film is composed by mani Sharma. The film has been dubbed into Tamil and Hindi language as the respective title 'Subramaniam' and 'Ek Aur Khal Nayak'. Besides, the film has been remade twice in Dhallywood as the title 'Boss Number One' and ' Premik number One'. Plot Summary Vamsi is a son of a rich family. He falls in love with an orphan girl Bujji staying at a hostel. The family members of Vamsi also love her. Vamsi tries to get engaged with Bujji, with the consent of his family members. But one of a gangster brothers Panda starts to molest Bujji. Vamsi roughs up Panda. But Panda kidnaps her. The Gangster Mahankali tries to take revenge. On the marriage day of Vamsi and Bujji, he kidnaps Bujji and rapes her in front of Vamsi. But all the mishaps happen because of support of Vamsi's close friend MLA Raghaba. Raghaba promises with minister by the gangsters and stabs Vamsi. Vamsi reaches in Hyderabad to revenge. He kills his friend MLA Raghaba cause he betrayed with him. Vamsi is in a state of hallucination. He did not know that Bujji is dead. Even he did not know that Mahankali has killed her. Vamsi always talks with her bu he does not know that she is alive. IPS police officer(Sayaji Shindhe) interviews Vamsi's parents and his family members and can know all about his life and his hallucination. The police officer handles the case and catch Vamsi but he releases him and support to kill the group of gangsters. Vamsi rips off Panda's arm and kills the gangsters as well as Lal mahankali. At last, Vamsi's parents tell him that Bujji was dead on her engagement day by jumping off a rock building. Casting Vamsi and Bujji have starred the as the main characters. But there are also some charatcers in the film. Specially in all the Songs, the performance and expression of the characters are very smooth with the songs. Besides, the background sound of the film is very extra ordinary that can attract the audiences easily. Story Every films should have its own and unique story. Ontari (2008) has the unique story. On of the main characteristics of Telugu and Tamil films is its unique story and it has a unique skill to create creative dialogues. The story of the film is very romantic and action based. But sometimes, we can see that the Bollywood or Dhallywood cinemas are very slow. The audiences cannot want to watch these kinds of films. Slow motion films are not attractive to most of the audiences. They want it as fast way. And most of the Tamil and Telugu films are fast. Ontari (2008) is also in same condition. In Ontari (2008) the director's direction is very creative. Because it has a unique story, a unique cinematography. It is a fast movie that every audiences will want to see this.
